We have been in the senna business for the last 12 years. We are involved in all part of the plants production, from cultivation to exporting of Sonamukhi Senna Leaves, Calcium Sennoside Powder, Cassia Angustifolia Senna Pods, Senna Seeds, etc. Our main objective is to deliver high-quality items, which has allowed our team to work with focus. The dedication of our manufacturer and supplier firm have enabled us to grow from a small trading company into a big conglomerate.

Since we had always wanted to build a manufacturing facility that had everything required to meet the standards of the European and American markets, we launched our manufacturing plant with amenities and equipment that met GMP and ISO criteria.

We are also connected to nature and have our plant is surrounded by a beautiful garden.

For testing and research, we have our own UV and HPLC equipment along with any required add-ons to meet requirements. We come from farming family and are members and the chairman of the Gujarati village of Bhachaus (Kutch Farmers) Association of Senna. Our goal is to undertake research for farmers to assist them in getting the highest pricing and crop yield.

Manufacturing

Manufacturing is done on a total of 2.5 acres of land with RCC infrastructure. Situated in the centre of Senna Farms, a facility that conforms with GMP guidelines for producing Senna in both high quality and quantity. In order to avoid cross-contamination and give clients the best products and services at the most competitive prices, the entire plant is dedicated to the production of calcium sennoside. Employees who are skilled, talented, and qualified hand this unit. The most sophisticated manufacturing techniques and technology tools are employed to guarantee consistent quality and a stable compound.

Our Calcium Sennoside Powder, Sonamukhi Senna Leaves, Senna Seeds, Cassia Angustifolia Senna Pods, etc., affirm compliance with international standards. Process the product in a controlled atmosphere to prevent the active ingredient from degrading. Process and product development research, with a pilot plant is also built. Multinational organization regularly audit our adequate storage for raw materials, intermediate products, and finished goods, as well as for all industrial processes. Ours is an effluent treatment facility in compliance with Environmental protection laws.

Quality Control

Spectrophotometers and HPLC are among the state-of-the-art testing tools in our well-equipped laboratory that has full supply chain transparency from raw materials to finished items.
We also have an IPQC lab to ensure products are constantly of high quality.
To ensure quality at every stage of operation, the quality assurance department keeps a close check on the entire production process.

Cultivation

In order to strengthen the economic viability of the cultivators, we have contractual farming arrangements with them and self-grow organic senna in a farm that is connected to the manufacturing facility.
